The New Judicial Review Powers of the Tribunals under the Tribunal Courts and Enforcement Act 2007

Wednesday 5 th March 6pm

at the International Dispute Resolution Centre, Fleet Street

The lecture will cover the jurisdiction of the tribunals to apply a judicial review approach to the issues before it; and the powers of the High Court to transfer judicial review applications to the tribunals.

The lecture will be given by Mr. Ramby de Mello of Chambers of Mr. Sibghat Kadri QC and will last approximately 1 hour 30 minutes with and extra 30 minutes for questions.

CPD accreditation has been applied for and refreshments will be provided.
