Areas of Work All areas of Immigration, Asylum and Human Rights law.

Christa has appeared in cases at all levels up to the House of Lords and the ECHR at Strasbourg.

Most recent House of Lords case was Thi Lien Do v. SSHD [2004] UKHL 26 in which the House of Lords changed the entire scope of human rights law in expulsion cases in favour of immigrants.

Numerous reported cases.

Christa would wish to emphasise the importance of good representation from the very start of any asylum, immigration or human rights case as it can be very difficult to overcome mistakes in the lower courts and good points of law can be lost that way.
