of immigration matters. There are many discrete immigration issues
in this area including admission of family members, admission of
those exercising a right of access to children, family visit visas,
student entry clearance applications, rules relating to ministers
of religion, applications for indefinite leave to remain and so
on. As a chambers we have extensive experience of entry clearance
and leave to enter issues and knowledge of how to bring a successful
application and appeal. Members of chambers are skilled not only
in applying the Immigration Rules but also in making sure that any
Home Office Concessions are fully utilised and that human rights
considerations are taken into account at every stage. In addition
we have extensive experience of removal and deportation cases. Removal
challenges often have to be brought at short notice. We are able
to act swiftly to help our solicitors bring proper challenges to
immanent removal when this is required.
